Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Refund / Exchange Request: Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product if they wish to request a refund or exchange.
2. Quality Check: Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection.
3. Return Period: Refund or exchange requests will be accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
4. Return Courier Charges: For returns due to reasons other than product damage or quality issues, the return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
5. Damaged Product: If the product is received damaged, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging/accessories for the refund or exchange to be considered.

While many of our products are dishwasher safe, hand washing ensures the longevity of the materials and keeps blades razor-sharp for years to come.
